From Business report, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has promised to support other companies in Oil and Gas sector in the country to make their distributions and supply.
NNPC also called on other Private sectors to establish strategies that would promote Businesses and bring development in the country.
NNPC Managing Director, Dr Maikanti Baru stated this at the commissioning of the Lagos Midstream Jetty (LMJ) at the Apapa Harbour in Lagos on Tuesday.
He urged the Private sector to seek for how to partner with the Public sector to achieve the Economic objectives of the Nation.
He said: “NNPC will continue to support all players in the downstream sector of the Oil and Gas industry towards efficient product supply and distribution across the Country.
The reality is that we all have a role to play in developing and moving the economy forward, an economy that will benefit us all today and generations yet unborn,” he added.
Also, Dr. Baru appreciated Oando Plc for initiating the LMJ project. He added that the Project would encourage the Public Private Partnership (PPP).
Again, Minister of Transport, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, who was at the event, congratulated OVH Energy on the accomplishment of the LMJ project.
