Hazard has been heavily linked with the Spanish giants over the past few years after helping the Blues win two of the last three Premier League titles.
And it was only an ankle injury sustained on international duty that stopped Real making a move for the 27-year-old winger last summer.
Hazard continues to be talked up as a Real target as they look set to shake up their squad at the end of a bitterly disappointing campaign.
And the latest reports from Spain suggest Chelsea are open to negotiating a deal if they can take a player off Real’s hands.
According to Don Balon, Bale’s future is up in the air despite his return to fitness and form in recent weeks.
And Florentino Perez has followed the advice of Real insiders by considering including him in a swoop for Hazard.
Chelsea are reluctant to let go of their talismanic former Lille ace at the end of the season but they would apparently be willing to open talks if Bale heading to Stamford Bridge was part of the equation.
Bale’s potential arrival would allow Chelsea to replace one star name with another if Hazard was to leave. He however, is said to be oblivious to the prospective plan to send him back to London, where he made his name with Tottenham.
However, he’s aware that some Real insiders want him to leave and is happy to consider a return to the Premier League.
