FG Approved 10 Modular Refineries In Niger Delta States, Including Anambra

The National Chairman of Host Communities Producing Oil and Gas (HOSCON) Prince Mike Emuh disclosed that the Federal Government of Nigeria had approved 10 Modular Refineries in all the oil producing states.

Emuh disclosed the information in a meeting with the traditional rulers at the Anambra state Traditional Rulers Complex, Government House in Awka.

He announced the recognition of Anambra state as one of the oil producing states in Nigeria by the Federal Government, adding that one of the proposed refineries will be cited in Anambra.

In addition, Prince Mike asked the traditional rulers to state the possible area where the Modular refinery will be cited and should get ready for the selection of 1,000 youths from the state for employment, as proposed by the Federal Government to employ 10,000 youths from all the oil Producing states for the project.
