Tony O Elumelu who is the Chairman of Heirs Holdings, the United Bank for Africa and the Transcorp and founder of the Tony Elumelu Foundation said work keeps him constantly on the go but no matter where in the world he found himself, he tries to stay on his exercise schedule.
The economist who is also one of the richest men in Africa with a business net worth of about US $700 Million as at March 2015 said this in a statement he released on his official social network platform and he puts it this way:
‘’Exercise is not a matter of choice, it’s a necessity. It is a healthy lifestyle. My work keeps me constantly on the go but no matter where I am in the world, I try to stay on my exercise game. Don’t let a busy lifestyle be your excuse for not exercising. Get up and go!’’
Those who know Tony Elumelu’s business portfolio and schedules would hardly believe that he can do anything next to exercising. But he has proven that no amount of busy schedule and activity should be a reason for not exercising.
