The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has declared that the ongoing transformations in the party’s system will likely bring the Party back to its usual position in the country’s governance. The Party said it will be set to take over power and that Nigerians will be happy to see that it is back to Power, after the reformations.

A source disclosed that the National Chairman of PDP, Prince Uche Secondus in a statement released by his Spokesman Ike Abonyi, said that many Nigerians are waiting to vote the Party back to Power, come 2019.

He said; “what would come out of the re-engineering going on in our party would make it a formidable opposition ready and determined to regain power in 2019.

“We have been going round the country since we assumed office and we are glad to report that many Nigerians out there are anxiously waiting for the PDP to return to power.

“Our visits to States reveal that only PDP governors are delivering in their campaign promises and their people are happy and supportive.

“In Abia, Delta and Bayelsa States where we visited recently, PDP governors are phenomenal in their performance, no wonder the people are trooping back to the party from the wobbling ruling APC.”
