White garnished rice and stew is a dish that is palatable to eat. Knowing how to cook does not really require going to some kind of institution to learn it. You can be a good cook by learning either from you mother, older ones, aunties etc, depending where you grew up.
Today we want to cook rice in a different way, and not plain rice this time. White rice can be garnished for it to appear attractive to the eyes. Garnished white rice and Chicken Stew
Chicken – [ 1 kilo or full]- steam and cook with curry, nut meg, garlic, onions, ginger and magi cube [ you can grill also]
-Fresh tomatoes [don’t add tin tomatoes]
-Garlic/ginger/pepper[ blend them]
-Onions bulb/crayfish [optional]
-Nut Meg- [grater it ]
-Curry leave or powdered
-Magi/ salt to taste
-Get your rice and parboil
-While cooking the final stage about to done, add you chopped carrot, sweet corn, green peas, green beans and stir.
-Place pot on fire and allow drying, and then adding vegetable oil and heat
-Add fresh blended tomatoes, and chopped onions allow boiling for 15 minutes
-Add blended onions, pepper, crayfish, ginger and garlic, then cover and allow boiling for 10 minutes.
-Then add your chicken and the stock and allow boiling for minutes
Food is ready; You can serve with either juice, or soft drink, yummy! Enjoy
