Returning to the international fold are Tottenham’s Danny Rose and Manchester City’s Fabian Delph, who had both been injured, as well as Manchester United duo Ashley Young and Phil Jones, and Leicester striker Jamie Vardy.
The respective Crystal Palace Swansea and Liverpool players, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Tammy Abraham and Joe Gomez have in Gareth Southgate’s England senior call-up for the very first time.
Gareth Southgate is currently the manager of the England national team. Ruben Loftus-Cheeks and Tammy Abraham who are now on loan from Chelsea are part of the group to face Brazil and Germany in friendlies at Wembley later in November. The three players are part of eight changes to the squad in September that sealed qualification to next year’s World Cup in Russia.
Fraser Forster who is Southampton’s goalkeeper, Everton’s Michael Keane, Aaron Cresswell West Ham left-back, Bournemouth’s Jermain Defoe and West Brom midfielder Jake Livermore also miss out.
England face world champions Germany first on Friday November 10 before the 2014 hosts Brazil visit on November 14.
