N-Korea Sets To Strike Missiles Before Winter Olympics

According to CNN news, it had been revealed that North Korea is set to release its missiles a day prior to the Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea.

A source reportedly disclosed to CNN that the hit was scheduled to take place on February 8 and is likely to consist dozens of intercontinental-range Hwasong-15 missiles.

Before now, North Korea had cancelled a joint cultural performance, which was planned to hold in the country’s Territory of Mount Kumgang, due to alleged controversial statement made by Southern media against the ‘Sincere’ measures regarding the Winter Olympics; as called by Pyongang.

Also, recall that on July 6, 2011; South Korea was declared the host country for the 2018 Winter Olympics by the International Olympic Committee (IOC). The event is a multi-sports game scheduled to commence from 9th to 25th February in Pyeongchang.
