The red devils’ striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic may decide to take a walk from the club to MLS with LA Galaxy which happens to be his desired destination. This may happen at the end of the season as he already is in the last year of his contract with the Red Devils.
Manchester United Boss Jose Mourinho earlier hinted the public that Ibrahimovic can be on his way to MLS and that the club will in no way hold him against his wish or stand in his way should he decide to move to a new challenge.
He said “If that is true and Zlatan wants a future in another club in another country we are here to help and to create conditions for that to happen, not to make his life difficult.”
The Swedish Football Star has not been in his best since he returned back to his game after his injury and has only scored once in seven appearances for the Red Devils. The marquee striker failed to leave an impact and was put to the sidelines after picking up yet another injury in the middle of the season.
He made just seven appearances for United after recovering from the horrific ACL injury that he suffered in his side’s Europa League clash last year in April.
Although Coach Sigi Schmid is yet to react seriously to the rumour of the United’s top scorer moving over to his team, he had this to say “There’s been a lot of talk about it in the past and it’s something that maybe gets opened up again.
“I don’t know what’s there. If there was something there, I’m sure we’d all know. Right now, it’s all rumours,”
In all, if he eventually leaves for LA Galaxy, the American Top flight will be witnessing another legend grace their shores like the others before him.
