Chelsea have sealed the PL title after a 0-1 defeat of WestBrom at the Hawthorns thanks to a goal scored by substitute, Michy Batshuayi eight minutes from time.
The win earns the Blues a second PL title in 3 years with two games left to play and ensures that Conte has now won four league titles in a row, three with Juventus and one at Chelsea.
It wasn’t the best of starts by the Italian in his debut season in English football, but following a 3-0 defeat at Arsenal, the Chelsea manager switched to his favoured 3-4-3 system, and teams were unable to find answers as Conte and his boys walked the league, with only Tottenham mounting any sort of challenge.
Conte could do the double, as his Chelsea team are also in the Emitates FA cup final, were they face London rivals, Arsenal. Conte becomes the fourth Italian to win the PL after Carlo Ancelotti, Roberto Mancini and Claudio Ranieri.
