Preparation:

Blend the Oats using the dry cup of blender, blend until it is in powdered form.

Then, get a pot and boil a little water.

-Bring the pot down and start adding the powdered Oats, and stir with a spatula, as you add you stir, just the way you make yam flour, semolina or wheat flour.

Note : Make sure that the pot is not on the stove as you do this

-Stir very well, until the paste softens like that of coco-yam without it having some seeds.

-Note that Quaker Oats thickens more than coco yam therefore, while adding it to the soup,   use lesser quantity.
