UK Prime Minister, Theresa May Condemns Attack at Manchester Arena

Following the explosion that happened at Manchester Arena in the UK, on Monday night, May 22.

The British Prime Minister, Theresa May has condemned the act, saying that the incident which claimed the lives of 22 people was a‘callous terrorist attack,’ after heading an emergency security meeting.

She said that the attack in Manchester after a pop concert by Ariana Grande, was among the worst terrorism experienced in the United Kingdom. Adding that 59 injured people are still being treated in hospitals across Manchester.

Leader of the Conservative Party revealed that Police have arrested a 23-year-old man in connection with the attack and that police will seek out and bring to justice any others who are involved with the attack.
